Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Aurum in the list and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app, tap the settings gear in the top right, then choose Security → Delete My Account. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. All your data is permanently removed within 30 days. Account deletion does not cancel an active Apple subscription — cancel that separately from your iPhone Subscription settings.
I forgot my password.
Email concierge@useaurum.app from the address on your Aurum account and we will issue a reset link. We are rolling out self-serve password reset shortly.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open Aurum, tap Upgrade from your dashboard or settings, and choose Restore purchases at the bottom of the payment screen. Your active subscription will reattach to your Apple ID immediately.
Aurum can't find my stock / crypto / watch — what now?
Aurum supports thousands of tickers and 2,000+ cryptocurrencies, plus 150+ luxury watch references. If something is missing, email us with the exact name and we'll add it to the catalog, usually within a day.
Are my financial values shared with anyone?
No. Aurum does not sell, share, or expose your portfolio data to any third party, advertiser, or data broker. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See the full Privacy Policy for specifics.
Does Aurum link to my bank or brokerage?
No. Aurum is intentionally manual — you enter your own assets. We never ask for bank credentials, brokerage logins, or account numbers. Market prices for stocks and crypto come from public market data, not from your accounts.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Aurum Premium and Private members can export a full PDF of the portfolio from Settings → Data → Export. CSV export is also available.
What's the refund policy?
Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We honor reasonable refund requests for any reason within 14 days of a charge.

- Aurum Premium — $29.99 / month, auto-renewing
- Aurum Private — $99.99 / month, auto-renewing
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
- Auto-renew can be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period
- Manage and cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
